The Grand K-9 Ranch is home to Contact Point Agility and All Dogs Rule day camp and sleep-overs. The property encompasses 17.8 acres and is complete with many orange trees which are harvested yearly with the fruit sold to Sunkist, a large barn/boarding building with an office, 80 x 120' agility arena, 100 x 200 herding arena, 80 x 90 herding pen, 60' round pen, plenty of parking and a beautiful creek to let your dogs cool off in after they do agility or herding.  Fillmore is approximately 20 minutes from Valencia, Ventura and Moorpark, 30-45 minutes from the San Fernando Valley and 1 hour from Los Angeles. We offer agility and herding seminars, group classes, private lessons, ring rental time and course run-thru's. The Grand K-9 Ranch was recently the site of an AKC Agility trial and more AKC and USDAA Agility trials, herding seminars, fun matches and herding trials are being planned. We offer weekly herding classes in addition to our Monthly Sheep Rental Program "MSRP" for herding practice. The MSRP program is available to people whose dogs are experienced and kind to sheep. |
